Agreement
These terms apply to your use of claritidigital.com and any app or tool we provide, including Clariti Connect. By using them you agree to these terms. Clariti Digital is operated by Manish Mudgal, a sole trader, Thorpe Lea Road, Peterborough, PE3 6BX.
Our services
We provide local SEO, AI visibility and related marketing services. The scope, fees and term of any paid engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these terms if they conflict.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and only authorise access to accounts you are entitled to manage.
- Comply with the terms of third-party platforms you connect, including Meta and Google.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to breach its security or use it unlawfully.
No guarantees
Search rankings and AI visibility depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
Intellectual property
The site, its content and our reports are owned by us or our licensors. You may use reports delivered to you for your own business. You keep ownership of your own content and data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any agreed notice period. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
Privacy and governing law
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
