Who we are

Clariti Digital (also trading as Clariti Guided Growth) is operated by Manish Mudgal, a sole trader based in the UK. We are a UK local SEO and AI visibility agency. Data we collect

• Details you give us in enquiry and booking forms: name, email address, phone number, business name, website and any message.
• Business information needed to deliver our services, such as Google Business Profile and website data you authorise us to access.
• If you connect a Facebook or Instagram account through Clariti Connect: your public profile name, your Page and account identifiers and the Page or account data you authorise. We only request the permissions needed to provide the service you asked for.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide the services you request.
• To prepare visibility reports and manage your local search presence.
• To run and improve our website and keep it secure.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are contract, legitimate interests and, where required, consent. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email and analytics providers), with platforms you connect to us such as Meta and Google, and where the law requires. Data received from Meta platforms is not sold or used for advertising profiles unrelated to the service you asked for.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client data for the length of the engagement plus six years for accounting purposes. Data obtained through connected social accounts is deleted when you disconnect the account or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or request a portable copy. To delete data, see our data deletion instructions. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use cookies for essential site function and analytics. You can block them in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work.
