Request deletion

To have your data deleted, email sam@claritidigital.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the name and email address you used, and the Facebook or Instagram account or Page that was connected, if any.

If you connected Facebook or Instagram

You can also remove Clariti Connect yourself:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
2. Select Clariti Connect and choose Remove, ticking the option to delete the data it received.
3. Email us as above so we can delete any copies we hold.

What happens next

We will confirm your request within 3 working days and delete your personal data, including any data received from Meta, within 30 days. We may keep limited records where the law requires, such as invoices. We will tell you if anything has to be retained and why.
