Website Speed and Mobile Check: See How You Score
Run your page through Google’s PageSpeed Insights, enter the Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift figures here, and this check tells you whether each is good, needs improvement or poor. Then tick through a ten-point mobile checklist to see what to fix first.

How the check works
- Open PageSpeed Insights and test your most important page on mobile.
- Copy the three figures into the boxes below.
- Read the rating for each measure.
- Work through the mobile checklist on a real phone.
- Fix the items it lists, then test again.
Run the check
This tool runs in your browser. It does not test your website for you, and we do not receive, store or send what you enter.
Want a second pair of eyes? Clariti Digital can review your setup and show you what to fix first.
How to read the rating
The ratings follow Google’s published thresholds for Core Web Vitals. Read Core Web Vitals in plain English for what each measure means. A page passes when all three are good. If any is not good, start with the one marked poor.

What to do about each result
- Slow loading: compress images, remove unused plugins and check hosting. See why a website is slow on mobile.
- Slow response to taps: remove heavy scripts and widgets.
- Page jumps while loading: set image sizes and reserve space for banners.
- Checklist failures: fix these first if they hide your phone number or contact options, because they cost enquiries directly. See nine checks when a website gets no enquiries.

Frequently asked questions
Does this tool test my website?
No. You run your page through Google’s PageSpeed Insights and enter the figures. The tool rates them and gives you a mobile checklist.
Where do I find my Core Web Vitals figures?
In PageSpeed Insights, under the real-visitor data if it is shown, otherwise under the lab results. Search Console also reports them for verified sites.
Is my information stored or sent anywhere?
No. The tool runs in your browser and nothing you enter is sent to us or stored.
What if PageSpeed Insights shows no real-visitor data?
Then use the lab figures as a guide, and test on a real phone. Real-visitor data needs enough traffic.
How often should I check?
After any change to the site or plugins, and at least every quarter.
